Refund Exchange Policy
If you are reading this, it probably means that you have already purchased an item from us. So firstly we wanna say a big “Thank you!” for your order. And yes, returns happen J.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For all your orders, you get 14 days to request a full refund of your order. You are eligible for full refund of the full value of your order or freely exchange, subject to meeting the requirements set-out below.
- All items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, Store Credit or Partial Refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
- Any item that is being returned / exchanged must be in its original condition including original branding tags and sanitary labels (hygienic strips).
- Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts or briefs) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned at your own cost.
- If the product returned to us has been tampered with, pulled or contains any sign of damage outside of the notified flaws, we have the right to reject the exchange or refund.
- We will issue a refund of the full value of the item accepted for a return (excluding, where applicable, original delivery charges, taxes, or any custom or other duties) either in the original mode of payment used for purchase of the item, or by issuing a gift voucher for the same value to be used on our online store (shopsandia.com).
- For exchanges, the new item chosen has to be of the same or higher value to the original product initially ordered. If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead.
- If you want a different item that is of lower value to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
- Any excessive / unnecessary activity of returns from customers will be monitored by us, and can be refused at our discretion. However, nothing in this section is intended to affect any consumer rights that our customers may have as per UAE Law.
Steps for Returns / exchanges:
- Within 14 days of receiving your order, Please send us an email to email@example.com, indicating your order number, and which item you would like to return.
- Please indicate in your email whether you would like to exchange the item for a different size/color, or if you would like to return with a full refund. Please make sure to mention the below details in your email:
- Your order number
- Which items you’d like exchanged or refunded.
- The size or colour you’d like of the item / items to be exchanged.
- Reason for exchange / refund.
- All emails will be answered within 24 hours period. For all orders within the United Arab Emirates, we will arrange for a free collection of the item to be returned to us. For orders from all other countries, we will notify you with the shipping costs for returning the item to us. Upon confirmation, we will ask our logistics partner to get in touch with you to arrange for collection.
- Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the item and immediately update you on the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card if the method of payment was via credit or debit payment service. Afterwards you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- In the event that you used our cash on delivery service then you will be issued a credit voucher for shopsandia.com with cost of the item returned, which you will receive by email.

All garments are quality checked before being dispatched to ensure the best quality, which is we at shopsandia.com strive for. In order to maintain customer satisfaction, any issues in regard to faulty or damaged garments then we would sincerely appreciate your cooperation in informing us by emailing us at email@example.com.
Having said the above all orders claimed at being faulty will be looked at very carefully, and any signs of damage must be e-mailed to us within 14 calender days from receiving the order with the corresponding order number and type of product, in order to guarantee eligibility for a full free refund.
